How to get Pregnant, if Sex is not the issue.

Unlike most folklore teaching, half the problems related to infertility in couples stem from the male.
It’s a lot cheaper to sort out the male species so I will start there.
Do a sperm count, it cost very little and it involves much less invasive techniques from the medical side.
-bring that which will help you ejaculate into a container at the lab. (not a vagina preferably)
-get the results within a short space of time and we move to the next step.
If the sperm count is low as most industrial age men do, don’t fret, it only means it will be difficult.
It does not say that the wife is normal either.
You can help yourself by      1) avoid tight pants .
                                                  2) take cold showers.
                                                  3) eat lots of protein like peanut butter.
                                                  4) supplement zinc.
                                             5) dairy like yoghurt
                                             6) keep your cell away from your pants pockets
Bottled drinks and tinned food has been found to have xeno-estrogens that will impact negatively on your sperm count as a male.
Eat food natural, no processing at all and keep away from fast foods.
If you have no sperm, get a donor from the sperm bank or your brother if old African customs still apply at home.
Your partner is a little more intricate therefore we have to simplify a few systems.
She may have an obstruction to sperm reaching the egg produced monthly from her ovaries.
Her salpingogram will show the obstruction (don’t fret either, sperm are much smaller and miracles do happen).
If she does not ovulate it will be shown on the bloods the doctor takes on day one of menstruation.
The history will hopefully have shown that the her cycles are more erratic and difficult to predict and therefore likely to  be non ovulatory.
Symptoms which for most are beacons of ovulation will be absent e.g Mittelschmidt pain
It sometimes happen that you do fall pregnant and delay your next period but your hormones are not enough to sustain the implantation.
If all is normal and you still don’t hit the spot try avoiding sex till a day or two before ovulation to avoid the development of antibodies (soldiers) to his sperms which does happen in a few of our couples. (that explains why an outsider is more likely to hit the spot if he slept with your girlfriend provided everything is matched)
Sex in couples associated with more orgasm should from a physiological point of view be associated with higher rates of ">fertilization, (peristaltic suction of sperm in the right direction should help) so enjoy the journey and make it less of baby making exercise.

If all else fails including IVF done from our local Sthemba clinic is a definite option. Last for the miniscule few that we may not get pregnant, adopt as there are lots of potential thugs in orphanages that could do with a good and responsible parent like you. Good luck, you need it.
