Breast cancer is a nightmare for the women and doctors alike in the first world setting. Very little research has been done in this field until leptin burst through our doors, from an unlikely sponsorship I should say, weight industry.
Leptin is a hormone that should tell your brain (through a hypothalamic leptin receptor) that you have eaten enough, stop. Anorexia nervosa just as a physiological effect of too much leptin comes to mind.
