The relationship between aid and poverty is more than what meets the eye, or UN aid wants us to believe. Sudan, Somalia, Ethiopia and Mozambique to name a few are too depressing to labor and remind us of our deficits as Africans from Cairo to Cape Town.
How damaging is aid to the sovereignty of a country?

Are we fundamentally flawed when it comes to foresight intelligence and statesmanship?
Is Mandela, Obama or King senior a mutant to name a few?
Why can’t these African countries rise from the holes they have dug as their graves?
How true is the dictum, ‘Give a man a fish today, bring a crateful tomorrow as the queue will be longer, teach a woman how to fish and you have a generation of fishermen’.
In the real world the weak would die (those waiting in the queue), and gene would be eliminated as defective. In the humane world the fed takes care of the starving, and the gene defect continues.
The question is at what cost to the poor?
If all the debt that all poor countries have, got erased as of tomorrow, how much would that improve their chance of surviving the next natural disaster?
Can we honestly say there are more natural disasters in Ethiopia than the rest of the world?
One of my self imposed dreams is to find or genetically engineer a symbiotic organism or bacteria that unlike a tapeworm for example will metabolize cellulose (plant material that has little nutritional value for humans) and not blood but still shed a prologtid (protein tail end) an hour to keep starvation at bay.
Simply said, carry your our meat producing cow in your stomach, eat non digestibles on it's behalf and get fed a steak a day without having to kill it.
It should have a one dose treatment though for those who want to be dependent no more, and have natural selection dictate their gene pool survival or move to America.

There should be everything right with feeding a starving kid followed by a vulture for a week, but can you really stop feeding him?
Does his or her being fed for that day and saved from death have any effect on the behavior of the belly full countries righteousness?
How does Somalia feed the interest of operation hunger?
The dream soon got diluted though by the effect aid has on once proud countries.
Could Zuma and his entourage of entitled group that see no conflict in dipping their hands into public money send us the same route as Ethiopia?
What is it in a man's pride to provide for himself that differentiate Somalia from say South Africa of Mbeki era?
Defective as his aids thinking was, the will to do and solve African issues as Africans without extending a hand America's way may be more important for our survival than we credit him for.
That upright and royal stride of Muhamed Ali may serve more purpose than just insulting right fundamentalists. Is it possible that such a purely scientific solution to feed the hungry could worsen the dictatorial situation of our era and dampen our will to survive?
Should we not just give up on Africans and let them starve to death in the hope of eliminating the defective gene?
I am an African, and like Mbeki's echoing call I honestly believe I am of a better genotype than the world scene portrays me to be.
I call on fellow proud Africans to stand up and quell the poor representation painted by the mutants claiming to be our face in this planet.
If biochemistry and"> physiology of beauty and health are the elements of every mix, then results are assured. Could science be wrong?
