Anybody who has ever tried to lose weight knows that you
have a greater than 95% chance of being heavier than your starting point weight after
five years trying. The only slimmer you will be your wallet. Simply said you are doomed to failure unless you seek professional
help, even then you are all squashed into the 3% that win the war.
If you have ever held a drug addict’s hand through whatever
short existence they call life, then you have an idea of the harrowing
experience family and friends are dragged through to dry such a soul, all in vain I have to say. Death
in many circumstances comes as a relief. The only difference is that we
tolerate the see saw cycle of weight and diet a lot more than we do for
alcoholic anonymous group. Carbohydrates are as addictive as heroine, the
industry behind them is viciously supported by government and will not allow us to see it as
such for economic reasons. The toll on health of the population as a whole is
worse than that posed by heroine if you look at the numbers.
Children as young as two year olds are drenched in the same
system at our local fast food drive in. All industry needs to swallow and
enslave them is toys and games. Next they are too fat to go through the
kids game openings, but they still come. This time they come to addict their kids to
continue the cycle while satisfying their own carbohydrate addiction fix. Addicts
are not meant to take a bit of heroine or alcohol while they are drying and yet
that is exactly what we do in the weight industry.
Choose your coloured carbohydrates with low glycemic index,
eaten raw if possible and we are on our way to permanent recovery. It is as
easy as replacing the addictive and processed and toxin laced carbohydrates with the non
processed and natural group. Fire and cooking could have easily been the driver
of evolution. To stand my ground and reverse evolution for the sake eliminating
diabetes might be a historical injustice difficult to forgive in not so distant
a future. We hope to have legislative stand though that would outlaw fast food
advertising in the same way smoking and hopefully alcohol will be. Politicians
are not known for foresight and scientific principles have never really been
their base, therefore the continual blunders in Angola, Nicaragua,
Argentina, Lesotho, Iraq, Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Libya to name a few. Aim their misplaced passion in the right direction, and
we could be celebrating with Malema.
If biochemistry and physiology are the elements of every mix, then results are assured
